1. INTEGRATION
THE P4Y APP can be INTEGRATED with OFFICE 365 and GSUITE. This means you can also manage your BOOKINGS DIRECTLY from the SHARED COMPANY CALENDAR2. Layout
Dynamic layout display. P4Y can contain a range of locations, buildings or floors to correspond exactly to the way your offices are laid out.3. SCANNING SYSTEM
Smart desks and meeting rooms are fitted with a scanning system located on the desktop or you can bring it up on your tablet when entering the meeting room. If you have booked remotely, just point your smartphone at the system to check in, or go directly to your booking.4. FLOW MANAGEMENT
With P4Y you can set user roles with different management capacity – administrator, team manager and office manager. The system administrator has access to a statistics section that provides specific data on the real use of both the solution and the physical spaces, for an accurate overview of occupancy. The team manager is authorised to handle bookings of their team members, and the office manager can support the other users by displaying and changing the bookings.
5. CUSTOMISATION
Customisation with customer logo that will be displayed at the top left of the app.6. MULTIPLE LANGUAGESL
Available in more than one language, which users can set themselves. Particularly useful for companies with offices abroad or international users.7. MEETING ROOM
When booking a meeting room, the user can also invite colleagues or outside guests8. SHARING
When the booking is confirmed, invited guests will receive an email to save the date on their smartphone calendar, and a push notification on the APP, telling the participant about the event9. ACCESS TO MEETING ROOMS AND DESKS
The administrator can authorise a user to book a meeting room or a desk or both. This will be defined by the back office (using 2 FLAG) when adding a user10. REVIEWING USERS AND MANAGING COLLECTED DATA
The administrator can bring up the user booking and use statistics on the SCREEN of the meeting room TABLET11. MULTI-DEVICE
P4Y can be used from desktops, smartphones and tablets. It is native responsive, adapting to any screen to ensure the best user experience.12. CHECKING OCCUPANCY
The check-in and check-out system makes it possible to check the actual use of the booked spaces to provide an accurate overview of occupancy, consequently giving you a correct report of the days when employees worked in the office rather than remotely. It also makes contact tracing possible, where necessary.
13. POSSIBILITY OF SETTING LIMITS
In order to comply with any distancing or general space management rules certain areas can be set as unavailable, or when booking a desk, it is possible to automatically freeze occupation of surrounding desks, or limit meeting room access to a specified number of occupants.14. CUSTOMISABLE TIME SLOTS
The spaces can be booked at the times the user desires or in the time slots set by the company. For example, if the workstations are sanitised at every change of occupant, bookings can be restricted to the full day so there is time to clean workstations before the next user.15. EVERY SPACE HAS ITS OWN FEATURES
During the booking stage, P4Y can display the specific equipment for any given desk, meeting room or other space (screen with HDMI cable, keyboard, docking station etc.), so that the user can select the workstation that best meets their needs.
