MEETING ROOM

When a meeting room is booked, the user can then invite co-workers or external guests

SHARING

At the time of the booking, the people who have been invited will receive an email per aggiungere – so they can add the date to their Smartphone appointments – and a notification on the APP alerting the participant to the event

ACCESS TO MEETING ROOMS AND DESKS

The administrator may authorise a user to book a meeting room or a desk or both.
The back office will use two FLAGS to define this during the add user phase
