The demand for workplace training and ongoing transversal-skill refresher programmes are both considered as fundamental for 72% of employees worldwide in 2024. The annual survey carried out by Randstad Workmonitor highlights a constant search for training, to the extent that more than one third of employees claim not to be willing to accept a job that does not offer training opportunities. Organisations, and above all designers, planners and architects, have embraced this growing trend, creating office solutions aimed at responding to this demand.

Here we will focus on planning, reorganising the office in an agile and smart manner and including dedicated training areas. Whether remote or in person, one-to-one or in groups, office furniture needs to be able to adapt to all kinds of spaces.

And for remote or one-to-one training, a single-desk set-up can be used, ensuring that everyone has the space they need and the ability to concentrate.
