SUSTAINABILITY
IVM is a company that looks to the world of design by providing solutions that are always up-to-date, which supports its partners by guaranteeing them absolute autonomy and freedom of action, supporting them with its own managers in the area and an internal staff of designers and technicians.
Quality of materials. But also elegance in detail, simplicity in forms, high levels of customization thanks to the transversality of the different collections.
Design and concreteness, therefore. Because today, as always, for IVM, innovating, investing and creating means first of all giving birth and growing a "complete project".
To meet the requirements of "LEED®" certification for sustainable buildings, we use completely recyclable materials (wood, glass, steel).
RECYCLING
For IVM, sustainability also means using recyclable materials with recycled content.
This is why we also design our products with recycling in mind, simplifying the dismantling of components and the separation of the various materials for easier disposal.
We also source raw materials from suppliers that use materials with recycled and low emissions content, as well as recycled and recyclable packaging.
In addition, the panels used in IVM products are CARB P2 compliant, in other words they contain just half the percentage of formaldehyde emissions permitted by applicable regulations. This means less risk from this factor.
CLEAN ENERGY
With an investment of 2,500,000 euros in 2011, IVM installed a photovoltaic system at its Lissone production site, consisting of 3,600 panels. This represents a significant step towards reducing the exploitation of natural resources.
The solar energy produced also allows us to significantly reduce C02 emissions, keeping the environment cleaner.
