Everyone can use the dedicated P4Y app from their smartphone or PC to find a free workstation or meeting room on the day and at the time entered remotely.

With P4Y, IVM makes offices smart and connected. It’s easy to use and control spaces, streamlining the flow of people for a better spread of available resources, in turn keeping down the running costs of the building.

P4Y consolidates a whole new generation of IVM “solutions” that turn into Smart Furniture Solutions in the full sense of the term.

Being extremely easy to use, P4Y enables users to book their workspace themselves, scheduling the occupation of desks and meeting rooms, and even providing smart access procedures for lockers, doors, car parking and turnstiles. At the same time, Facility Managers can use the data relative to utilisation of the workstations to maximise occupation of the space.

How the P4Y – PLACE4YOU – app works

Generated by an IVM Office idea and designed by the IT solutions company, Dgroove, the strength of P4Y lies in its customisation.  

Because it can adapt to the needs and spaces of any organisation and can even add extra features, if necessary, since the technology has been engineered to make it open to add-ons and new custom developments.  

So, to book a workstation or meeting room, you just need to consult P4Y, which will bring up the entire layout of the offices, displaying all the available workstations and meeting rooms. 

P4Y is designed for real time display of space occupation so users can immediately and very simply verify which workstations are free and which ones are already occupied.

Smart desks and meeting rooms are fitted with a scanning system located on the desktop or you can bring it up on your tablet when entering the meeting room. If you have booked remotely, just point your smartphone at the system to check in, or go directly to your booking.

The P4Y app can be integrated with Office 365 and G Suite. This makes it possible to manage bookings directly from the shared corporate calendar.
